How is this candle different from a regular scented candle?

Magnolia West’s candles are designed to feature scents, colors and intentions that align to support that which the user is calling in or affirming.  The color of each candle aligns with a particular energy center to support each intention.  Each candle is made with all natural ingredients.

Do you offer free shipping?

No.

Do you ship outside of the USA?

Not at this time. 

How long should I expect for my order to arrive?

Delivery time with Ground Shipping takes 5-10 business days within the US,

Please note our warehouse does not operate on weekends. Should expedited shipping be selected on Friday after 1pm, your order will ship on Monday.

Is same day delivery available?

No.

Do you ship on Holidays?

No.

Can I reserve an item online for in-store pick up?

No.

How do I find my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation will be sent to the email entered at the time of the order within an hour of purchase. If you do not see the confirmation, please try checking your junk, spam or promotions folders.

Candle Burn Time

Our candles are made to burn up to approximately 90 hours. 

Candle Care

Please consult the sticker on the bottom of your Magnolia West Candle for candle care instructions. 

To prevent fire, burn within sight, out of the reach of children and pets, and never on or near anything that can catch on fire.  Do not allow wick trimmings to accumulate in wax pool.  Place on a temperature safe surface.  Please trim wick to ¼” prior to lighting.


Online Return Policy

Unused merchandise is eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. We welcome you to initiate a return by emailing us at info@magnoliawest.co. If you notice that one of your products is damaged or defective, please contact Customer Care at info@magnoliawest.co before proceeding with your return. Please note, a photo of the damaged item is needed in order to further assist.

Please note, shipping cost is non-refundable.

The processing time for your refund is estimated to be 14 business days from the date of receipt. Please note, due to the high volume of orders, during the holiday period returns may take slightly longer.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are taken on a case by case basis. If interested in proceeding with an exchange, please contact Customer Care at info@magnoliawest.co with your order number/receipt and the reason for exchange.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Customer Care at info@magnoliawest.co as soon as possible.

Although we cannot guarantee your order can be canceled after it has been placed, we will do our best to cancel before it has been shipped.

How do I update the shipping or billing address on my order?

We are unable to make any changes to the billing address after the order has been submitted.

For any changes to the shipping address, please contact Customer Care at info@magnoliawest.co.

Please note, changes to your account information will not impact orders placed prior to this update.
